It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Effie Gertrude McBeigh (nee Rose), surrounded by family on the evening of 20 December 2018 in her 78th year. Effie was born 22 December 1940 in Christiana, Jamaica WI and was predeceased by her husband and friend William David McBeigh of Toronto. Effie is survived by her daughter Jacqueline, eldest granddaughter Danielle and her grandson Brendyn of the Kawarthas. She is also survived by her son William of Petawawa and his daughter Miranda of Oromoncto NB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choosing. As per Effie’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will take place in the spring of 2019.
