Passed away holding Joyce’s hand at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Thursday, January 1, 2015 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Joyce for 55 years. Loving father of Debra (Stephen Kinsman) of Kingston, Wendy (Leo Gutierrez) of Lindsay, Kim (Doug Ross) of Lindsay and Rick Evans of Mississauga. Much loved Papa of Gregory and Laura Kinsman, Kristy and Sherry Evans, Justin and Jordan Ross, Ryan and Stephanie Evans. Great Grand Papa of Angela and Austin Evans, Evan Weir, Xavier and Jaxon Evans. Doug is survived by his brothers Wayne and Gordon and sisters Marie and Mildred. Predeceased by brother Bruce and sisters Hilda and Audrey. Doug will be sadly missed by his relatives, friends and all who knew him. There will be a private interment at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay.
