Entered into rest on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, Ontario in his 72nd year.  Survived by his wife of 45 years Sharon Chaplin, nee Acton, son Andrew Chaplin (wife Victoria), grandchildren Desiree and Gage, brother James Chaplin of Millbrook and sister Kathy Orsen of Saskatoon.  Predeceased by his parents Clifford and Helen Chaplin late of Trent River and brother George Chaplin formerly of London, Ontario.  In keeping with Charles’ wishes, cremation has taken place.  The family would like to extend their thanks to the doctors, especially Dr. McMillan and the staff of Ross Memorial Hospital.  If desired, donations may be made to a charity of your choice and may be made through Lakeland Funeral & Cremation Centre.
