Passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19th, 2008 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Robert James Marks of Lindsay for 57 years. Loving mother of Robert A. Marks (Karen) of Bowmanville, William J. Marks (Patricia) of Lindsay and Donald G. Marks (Jane) of Cambray. Cherished Grandmother of Angela (Adam MacKenzie) of Bowmanville, Lindsey, Wesley, William Kyle and Robert Patrick. Great Grandmother of Carter Robert MacKenzie. Sister of Vi, Marjorie, Helen, Grace (predeceased) and brother of Albert (predeceased). Barbara will be missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road (corner of McLaughlin and Moose Road), Lindsay on Sunday, September 21st from 3:00 pm until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 4:00 pm.
