Audrey Florence Ambrose

AMBROSE, Audrey F. (nee Pantlin) – Peacefully at Roseglen Village in Port Hope on Tuesday, August 1st 2017 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Ambrose and Chuck Tilston. Devoted mother of Kirk Ambrose (Suzie), John Ambrose (June), Dawn Joyce (Bob) and Ruth Laskovich (Bob). Cherished by 8 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.  Adored sister of Shirley McCracken (the late Jim).  Predeceased by her parents Edward and Ella (nee Booth ) Pantlin, her sister Eleanor Taylor (Robert) and brothers Harvey Pantlin (Lorraine) and Ross Pantlin. Audrey will be sadly missed by her step-daughters Nancy Chapple and Janet Tilston and their families and fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and all who knew her. Audrey’s family wish to thank all the staff at Roseglen Village for their exceptional love and care. In keeping with Audrey’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
