Stanley Gordon Hines

Hines, Stanley Gordon passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Monday, November 10, 2014. Stan was the beloved husband of Charlotte for 48 years. Loving father of Kathy (Martin Kotchie) and Kym. Proud Poppy of Samuel and Joseph Ranger, Matt and Kyle Kotchie. Predeceased by his parents, Alexia and Stanley Hines and his sister Linda Milkovich. Brother of Tom (Bermuda). Special uncle to several nieces and nephews. Our journey allowed us to walk amongst angels – our daughter Kathy and her husband (Martin), Patti McGill, Kathy Younker, Jen Connor, Roxanne Gibson, Valerie Taylor, Theresa Ralph, Aka, our friends and neighbours who gave our wings the ability to fly when we deemed it impossible. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay. K9V 0A2, 705-324-1988 on Saturday, November 22, from 1:00 pm until time of memorial service at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow. Memorial donations to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes, Hospice Kawartha Lakes or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
