Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Tuesday, May 26th, 2009. Rudi was deeply loved and cherished by his family and many friends. He will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted Dorle and his children Antje (Ted), Ingrid (Bob), Roland (Leona), Peter (Lenka), Anita (David) and Carl (Tanya). Much loved grandfather (Opa) of Ramona, Gina, John, Krista (Mike), Melissa, Hailey, Daniel, Katie, Jason, Natasha, Bryan (Michelle), Stephen (Nicole), Justin, Carly and Karis, and great-grandfather of Adryan, Aydan and Ava. Survived by his sisters Ilse (Max predeceased) and Hannelore (Wilfried), brother Herbert (Susie), sister-in-law Annie (Heinz predeceased), brother-in-law Lothar (Elfriede predeceased) and predeceased by his first wife Emma. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road (corner of McLaughlin and Moose Road), Lindsay on Friday, July 3rd, 2009 from 12:00 pm until time of celebration of life service at 2:00 pm.
