Retired from General Motors. Passed away peacefully after a long illness at Caressant Care, Mary Street on Monday, May 12th, 2008 in his 76th year. Beloved Husband of Beatrice for 55 years. Loving Father of Douglas (Jill), Sharon (Ken Woodhouse) and Richard (Cathy). Grandfather of Rhonda, Angie, Christine, Michael, Shannon, Richard, Jennifer and Holly and four Great Grandchildren. Brother of Gerald (Gwen), Betty (Vince Scott) and Howard, predeceased by Harold and Donald. Bob will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. There will be a Visitation at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road (corner of McLaughlin and Moose Road), Lindsay on Tuesday, May 13th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Visitation at the Little Britain United Church on Wednesday, May 14th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm followed by Funeral Service at 3:00 pm. Cremation to follow. In memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by the funeral home.
