After a long and courageous fight, Paul passed on March 26, 2018.  Beloved son of Irene (Mallery) and the late Donald. Loving father to Samantha and her fiancé Michael MacKenzie of Marmora, Megan and her fiancé Donny Dumas of Peterborough, Alex and his partner Ali Tuck of Fenelon Falls, and Spencer of Kirkfield. A proud Grandpa to Mariah, Briella, Emerson, Jeremiah, Kash and Lincoln. Paul will be forever remembered by his three older brothers, Michael (and the Late Shirley) of British Columbia, David and Andrea of New Brunswick, and Mark and Faye of Bowmanville. A brother by heart and best friend to Johannus Boots. Lovingly remembered by his first wife and mother to his daughters Julia Thiele-Welsh of Peterborough, and cherished nephew of his aunt Bonnie Smith of Bobcaygeon who has supported him and guided him lately through his difficult time. A thirty year employee of Ross Memorial Hospital, Paul will be remembered with a smile by his many loving colleagues and friends who all loved “Greener Stories”.
