Mildred Lillian Williams

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mildred Williams, predeceased this year by her husband of 73 years Glen Williams.

Mother to Richard and Lynda, Robin (predeceased) and Linda and Ralph and Joanne. Devoted Grandmother to Jarrett, Shannon, Scott, Kimberly (predeceased), Lindsay, Courtney and Morgan. Great grandmother to 11 great grandchildren.

Mildred was a war bride and committed contributor to all endeavors. She was a partner and builder of a family business with her father and brother. She was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge in Lindsay. Mildred enjoyed many summers at Mississauga Lake and many winters at Lake Placid Florida. Mildred was the hub to connect with all family members and will be greatly missed.

There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, September 27 at 11:00 A.M. at Lakeland Funeral & Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay. Interment to follow the service at Emily Cemetery. Reception to follow in the Lakeland Reception Centre.
