Passed away suddenly as the result of an accident on Wednesday, July 27th, 2011 in his 47th year. Beloved husband of Tammy. Loving father of Cody, Ann-Marie and Emily-Rose. Cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
