Passed away August 4, 2014. Loving mother of Melanie Lynn Frier and Mark-David Ross Willis. Grandmother of Brandon, Kiana and Vanessa. Predeceased by her parents Ross and Audrey Bailey. Sister of Beth (predeceased), Bonnie (Cochrane) and Judy. Fondly remembered by her nieces. In keeping with Joanne's wishes there will be no services.
