James Stuart 'Ted' Thomson
Completed his physical earthly journey on Saturday, August 10th, 2013. Ted was born February 10, 1928 in Snowdon Twsp., Haliburton Co., the first born son of Althea and Gordon Thomson, both predeceased. Brother of Jean (Mrs. Peter Charters) of Galway Twsp., Shirley (Mrs. Geo. Fair) of Peterborough, Douglas of Oshawa and William (Billie) predeceased. Ted was predeceased by his wife Anne (Hesketh), and together they were the proud parents of Brian of Lindsay, Wayne of Florida and Keith of Uxbridge. Ted is survived by his wife Mildred (Evans), sons Brian, Wayne and Keith, sisters Jean and Shirley, brother Doug and grandchildren Mitchell, Kayleigh and Jessica Thomson. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial will be held on Thursday, August 15th from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay. No flowers please.
