I am so heartbroken I can't express how sad I am.
Jim has been part of my family for 30 years.
We met Jim and Ollie our first night at the cottage and have been friends ever since.
I am so sorry that Erin and I cannot be there to give Jim and Tom a billion hugs.

We were very sorry to hear of Jim' s passing. He was often in the driveway to greet us with a wave when we arrived at Old Mans Lake over the last 28 years we have been going up. We always tooted the horn to let him know when we were leaving!, We enjoyed many visits together as well as Bill and Jim shared a beverage and chat together on the deck. We always knew Jim was keeping a close eye on all our places when we weren't there. We miss him and waving to him on his dock when he checked his boat.

It is a very sad time for his friends on Old Mans Lake. He was the "constant" there and could always be counted on to "keep an eye on things" while we were at our other homes. We enjoyed many meals, good times, tours of the lake and the odd libation together with Jim, Bettyann and Ron and the Bishops and Frasers. We were usually able to leave him "sufficiently sephonsified" what ever that was supposed to mean! Regardless the meaning, he was smiling. He will be missed.
