Gertrude Catherine Spiller

In loving memory of Trudy "Spudy" Spiller who passed away peacefully at Caressant Care McLaughlin in Lindsay on April 6, 2016 in her 84th year. Born in Pasqua, Saskatchewan she moved to Toronto in 1972 with her two children. Trudy was pre-deceased by her husband, Gordon Spiller, and survived by her children, Pat Spiller of Ajax and Tracey Gilmore of Lindsay. Loving grandmother of Mitch Gilmore, Josh Gilmore, Zach Gilmore, Jaci Gilmore, and Katrina Plumbtree. Great-grandmother to Caelum Gilmore. Surviving siblings are Don & Lou Best of Manitoba, Leo & Eleanor Hochban and Jim Hochban of Moose Jaw, Sask. Celebration of life will be held on April 13, 2016 at Lakeland Funeral & Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Rd, Lindsay. Service will be at 12:00pm with reception to follow. Flowers or donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation are welcomed. Trudy's family would like to thank the staff at McLaughlin for everything they did during her stay and peaceful passing.
