Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Friday, January 4th, 2013 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Carmel for 52 years. Loving father of Sandra (Alan Sampson), Audrey, Jimmy (Sylvia) and Janet (Jason Miniaci). Grampa of Shaun, Amanda, Amy, James, Ashley, Michael, J.D., Jason and Jordan. Great Grampa of Gibson, Harmony, Joshua and Brooklyn. Brother of 18 siblings. Eldred will be sadly missed by his many relatives and friends. Eldred’s family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay on Tuesday, January 8th from 1:00 pm until time of the service in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, in memorial donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 705-324-1988.
