I think about my friend Carolyn often. She always made my work day a little brighter and funnier with her similar sense of humour and sarcasm. Carolyn, I'll forever miss our lunch dates at the cat and fiddle and that hot pink purse of yours. Always a great listener and someone who generally cared about others. Forever in my heart my friend.

I was so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. I was a childhood friend of hers, we went to Ellesmere, Statton and Churchill together . And we had just got back in touch with each other about 2 years ago when she found out I was a customer of hers at work. We got together and chatted a few times, but she was always busy. So we didn't really talk a lot since then. I had only found out today of her passing. I would like to send my condolences to her family and especially her daughter, whom may remember meeting me a couple of times at the house. My prayers are with you and again my deepest sympathies are with all of you.

I have fond memories of Carolyn from my time working at Whetter-Oaklin Insurance Brokers from 1992-1997. Carolyn worked with my mom Wendy at reception and they were quite a pair! I remember when Carolyn fought and won her first battle with breast cancer and I was so sad to hear that she was fighting this nasty disease yet again. Sadly, my mom fought this disease twice and also lost her battle in 2010. I know she would be one of the first ones to welcome Carolyn with open arms. I am thankful she is no longer suffering and my heart goes out to Carley and all of Carolyn's family.

A former co-worker of Carolyn's - I am saddened to hear of her passing. I admired very much Carolyn's upbeat positive outlook and generous spirit. I too have not seen her much for years - my last memory is on the cruise boat in Fenelon Falls. As someone else stated - we spoke then as if no time had passed. My thoughts & prayers are with your family during this time.
