We have missed Bruce on the greens at lawn bowling. My prayers are with his family at this time

From: Pat Ford

So sorry to read that Bruce had died of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Did not know anything about this disease until my brother was diagnosed In Dec. 2014. On Aug.8 I attended his 50th wedding anniversary open house in Bathurst NB. He passed away in his sleep on Aug 11.he was 77 and very healthy otherwise. Worked in the outdoors all his life as a forest technician. he was an avid fisherman, hunter ,trapper and gardener. My husband and I knew Bruce from Fii. Nite curling. He had lots of stories to share about his travels on The Windjammer. He was a fun person to curl with and always had a great sense of humour. We will miss him. may the wonderful memories you have help you over this time of sadness. Sincerely, Jerry& Pat Ford

My condolences to the Lawson family. Bruce and Barbara are remembered of as being great neighbours when they lived next to my parents (Mary and Linden Sinclair) while in Cambray.

From: Judy & Peter Porter

Bruce was a good friend who always remembered me at Chinese New Year. I will always remember the many laughs we shared over coffee and cookies during afternnon breaks at work. Our deepest condolences to Barbara and the family.

Dear Heather, I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Though many decades ago, I have such great memories of your dad's sense of humour. My deepest sympathy to you, your sisters, and your family. Marsha Abramson
