You have suffered auntie long enough, You were brave strong and tough. The battle you fought was long and hard, But it’s okay auntie let go and let God. It has hurt all of us when you left us today It left me broken hearted with nothing to say. I don’t want to be selfish say please don’t leave, Because I did not want to hurt or grieve. I know in my heart you are in a better place, But I swear I am going to miss your beautiful face. I am going to miss the talks we would have, And the stories I would tell that would make you laugh. God just needed you to come home, Yes we know it has made your family sore. You will always be remembered every single day, From the smile on your face to the things you would say. You have taken your space in heaven right where you belong, Right up there with Grandma Elizabeth, your Mom and my dad Albin Yes we all know that we need to be strong, But through our family your memory will live on. You don’t need to fight anymore just let go and let God, While you were here on earth you did your job. that’s why you will remain in our hearts always and forever My dear Uncle Slavko, and family We are shattered to know about the sudden death of our dear Aunty Avis. I understand you have lost your life partner but I would like to tell you that I, your niece and my family members are with you in any kind of support you may need. My condolences and prayers are there with you. Let us join hands and pray for her journey to heaven Rest in peace my Aunty Albina Lucic, Joe MacRae, with sons Damir and Davor Lucic

Memory can tell us only what we were,In company with those we loved.It cannot help us find out what each of us alone,Must now become.Yet no person is really alone,Those who live no more still echo within our thoughts and words,And what they did has become woven into who we are today.We are deeply sorry for your loss and sorry we cannot attend the memorial today, but just want to let you know that Avis was a very special great aunt and she will be truly missed. We send our condolences to my Great Uncle Steve, Robert, Carol, Curtis, Kim, Zeljka, Dario, Albina, and Ljerka and we pray you find strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow during these most trying times.
