Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Friday, September 28, 2012 in his 57th year. Beloved son of Helen and Charles Annis. Devoted brother of Thomas (Lynne), David (Patricia), Robert (Teri) and Mary Ellen (Bruce Clark). Predeceased by Gerald (2008). Loving uncle of ten nieces and nephews. At Andrew’s request a private funeral will be held.
