Passed away with his family at his side at Caressant Care, Mary Street, Lindsay on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Agnes (2009). Loving father of Eleanor Thachuk (Larry predeceased 2003). Predeceased by his son Gordon (2006). Grandfather of Tracy (Adam Downing), Heather (Chris Zimmermann) and Dana (Ken Forsythe). Great grandfather of Addison, Madalyn, Hailey and Lj. Alan will be missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place.
